The Rebuild, Revitalize, Restore (RRR) initiative bridges trauma recovery, housing stability, and economic mobility for vulnerable residents in Nottoway County, VA. By combining affordable housing, workforce training, and wrap-around community support, RRR helps Rebels rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

Program Overview

Safe, affordable housing is the foundation of stability and healing. Through the Rebuild, Revitalize, Restore (RRR) initiative, we are addressing housing insecurity head-on by creating affordable homes for families and individuals in need in areas surrounding our irockmyscars branches.

But housing is just the beginning. RRR combines:

• Job skills training to create pathways to sustainable employment
• Financial literacy to equip families for long-term stability
• Food access initiatives to reduce insecurity
• Creative healing through Rebel Kits, art, and retreats

Our holistic model ensures that every participant doesn’t just move into a house—they build a sustainable future. By linking housing development with job skills and trauma-informed support, we empower Rebels to rebuild their lives, revitalize their communities, and restore lasting hope.

Who We Serve

The Rebuild, Revitalize, Restore (RRR) initiative is designed to serve underserved communities in Nottoway County and Virginia Beach, where Irockmyscars has active branches.

Our focus includes:

• Low- to moderate-income individuals
• Residents facing unemployment or underemployment
• Families and individuals impacted by trauma, displacement, or housing insecurity
• Youth and households in food-insecure or high-need areas

Our branches work in partnership to provide housing support and healing resources, ensuring that families across Virginia have access to stability, dignity, and opportunity.

While these groups are at the heart of our mission, RRR welcomes all community members in need of housing support and healing resources.
